 | The 'Analysis Summary' Page allows you to select which category/categories of employees are to be included in the analysis being initiated, while also showing the level of biases in each set of categories.
This page works in conjunction with the 'Analysis Type:' setting on the PEIQ Settings page. In the example to the left, the 'Analysis Type:' setting on the settings page is set to 'by Salary Grade and TIP Tier'. So, on the 'Analysis Summary' page, the user is presented with a list of all of the Salary Grade/TIP Tier combinations available for Pay Equity analysis. Clicking the 'analyze' link to the left of each row automatically loads that set of Employees for PE Analysis, and redirects the user to the PE Analysis Grid or Tile view (depending on the number of Employees included in the analysis).
