 | The 'Select Analysis' Page allows you to select which category/categories of employees are to be included in the analysis being initiated.
This page works in conjunction with the 'Analysis Type:' setting on the PEIQ Settings page. In the example to the left, the 'Analysis Type:' setting on the settings page is set to 'by Salary Grade and TIP Tier'. So, on the 'Start Analysis' page, the user is shown two selection boxes, 'Salary Grade' and 'Time in Position (TIP) Tier'. This allows the user to select which particular Salary Grade and TIP Tier are to be analyzed.
