PEIQ Company Overview - Help
The Company Overview page shows a list of all employees and the relevant changes that have been made regarding pay and salary grade. Once PE analysis is complete, this table, which includes all modifications to employee pay, can be downloaded as a quick reference of the PE Analysis and recommended changes. The columns that will appear in this grid are dependant upon what value has been selected in the 'Basis for Analysis' on the Settings page. Both grids are shown below.
	To the left is the grid that is shown when 'Compa Ratio and Midpoints' is selected in the 'Basis for Analysis' setting of the Settings page.
	To the left is the grid that is shown when 'Company Average' is selected in the 'Basis for Analysis' setting of the Settings page.
