PEIQ Tile View - Help

The 'Tile View' Page shows all of the employees in the current PE analysis in a tile format, with 1 employee shown per tile. The tiles are colorcoded accroding to the legend shown below. There is general information shown about each of the employees, as described below. Note: If there are more than 15 employees in the current PE analysis, the page will automatically redirect to 'Grid View' as the maximum number of employees that can be displayed in 'Tile View' is 15.


The Tile View page is largely controlled by the settings page. The color-coding is based on the 'Moderate and High Variance Threshold Percentages' (red arrows). The CompA ratio is shown when the 'Basis for Analysis' setting (blue arrow) is set to 'Compa Ratio and Midpoints', while a pay element (either Salary or TCC) is shown, based on the value in the 'Comp Element for PE Analysis' setting (green arrow).


To the left is a sample of the tiles displayed in the Tile View page. The elements of the tile are described below.

Background Color:    The background color of this tile is dark red. Red indicates that the employee's salary is above the company average or midpoint (dependant upon the 'Basis for Analysis' setting, as mentioned above.) Dark red (as opposed to light red) indicates that this is a high variance salary (as opposed to moderate variance). Please reference the color code legend shown above.
Color Coding:    If the Employee's salary or TCC has been modified during the analysis, that value will appear in green. Unchanged salaries and TCCs will appear in black.
vs.     is shown to indicate that the Employee's pay has not been marked as 'reviewed'.   is shown to indicate that the Employee's pay has been marked as 'reviewed'.

Wvs. M    W indicates that the employee is white or caucasion.   M indicates that the employee is a minority or non-white.

vs.     indicates that the employee is a female.   indicates that the employee is a male. If neither symbol appears the Employee's gender is either non-binary or unknown.

vs.     indicates that the employee is under 40 years old.   indicates that the employee is 40 or more years old. If neither symbol appears the Employee's age is unknown.

indicates that the employee has a disability.
